In the end a small reduction of 200 grams per side was performed. She also had a tummy tuck and a rectus plication for her separated muscles. In order to give her a nice result that would allow for her to wear a bikini, care was take to create a natural belly button.

In order to provide additional concealment, the fascia was elevated and used to cover the upper breast implant edge.
